Agreed... Seriously, someone at Capcom must be color blind because that whole game has such strange hues applied to all the cutscenes. The opening is hideously yellow. All the scenes with Jill are green. The night scenes are annoyingly blue, and the Spencer Estate scenes are purple for a "nostalgic" feel (in what world?). And then the ending scenes are so bloody bright contrasted with the ending that's oddly pale... :/
